We have used Ben on several occasions- once was an emergency situation when the bathroom plumbing leaked "big time". He turned up quickly and sorted the situation. One was a complete renovation of a bathroom and kitchen the other was a simple modification to the laundry tub.  Each time Ben discussed the options we had which I like.
