What is covered

Workmanship
All new installations carried out by our team are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Every job, big or small, receives the highest standard of care, ensuring long-lasting results.
Materials
All new materials supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranties through our trusted suppliers. We only use quality, reputable products, so you can have confidence in what we install.

Two things we ask of you
Tell us straight away
Get in touch as soon as you notice a problem. The sooner we know, the quicker we can put it right.
Do not alter our work
Any interference by third parties may void your guarantee. If someone else has been at it, we cannot stand behind what is left.
What is not covered
The exclusions, in plain words
Pre-existing faults
Problems or damage that were already there and came to light while we were working.
Unrelated issues
Anything that is not connected to the work we actually completed.
Other contractors
Work carried out by other trades or third parties, before or after ours.
Customer-supplied parts
Fixtures or materials you supplied yourself. We will still install them, but the manufacturer warranty is yours.
Drains that re-block
A drain cleared and later blocked again by tree roots, foreign objects, poor system design or misuse.
