• Do not alter or tamper with our work. Any interference by third parties may void your guarantee.

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Pre-existing faults or damage uncovered while we’re working

• Issues unrelated to the work we’ve done

• Work completed by other contractors or third parties

• Fixtures or materials supplied by the customer

• Circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to): – Blocked drains that have been cleared and later become blocked again due to tree roots, foreign objects, poor system design, or misuse
